I have recently earned the designation of ASA or more accurately Accredited Senior Agent! Does this mean I'm an old or "seasoned" agent?  Well, maybe, but it also means that with my 26 years of real estate experience, I am now considered an expert in handling all the needs of seniors and their moves, including downsizing, selling the family home or one that has been lived in for numerous years.  Working with seniors is an art, and it's also a market which I am very fond of and that I enjoy very much! Senior moves provide me with the opportunity to assist and nurture, advise and sympathize more than the regular transaction, and I am excited to tell you about this.  I have worked with many seniors over the years, and realized that I am good at this, and not only am I able to gain the trust of my senior clients, but that it is very fulfilling, going through with them what may be an extremely difficult decision and/or move. I am excited to tell you all about the services that I can offer my senior clients, including the initial clean-out of years of accumulation, setting up sales and auctions, advising on home improvements to aid the sale, working with estates and lawyers to ensure that everything is managed in an efficient and sensitive manner.
