Hi and Welcome to outstanding real estate service!  My name is Diane Boyd and I am a sales representative with Pro Realty Ltd., (formerly Sutton Group - Professional Realty Inc.) in Brampton, Ontario.  I work out of two offices, the second being in Orangeville, and we recently opened offices in Shelburne, Mississauga, Erin, Georgetown and now in Toronto on Danforth Avenue.
I live in Caledon, which puts me between the best of both worlds, half way between two fabulous offices and in the heart of the beautiful Caledon countryside.  
I have been a full time Realtor for more than 26 years, since obtaining my license in January of 1985!  I specialize in residential real estate, helping first time buyers, move up buyers, and selling country property & estates. I recently earned my ASA designation (Accredited Senior Agent), which confirms me as an expert in handling all the details of the sale & distribution of the homes of seniors, which accounts for a very large part of our market today.
Approximately 95% of my business comes from past clients and referrals, which is the heart of my motto "Superior Service Since 1985!"

My no pressure approach to real estate sales is a customer service based philosophy, and my goal is to make the home buying or selling process as stress free and comfortable as possible, and we usually have a little fun along the way! I educate my clients every step of the way, so both buyers and sellers are familiar with the processes and terminology of the various aspects of the real estate transaction.

I live with my husband Chris and have two boys, 21 and 15. I spend my free time in hockey arenas all over southern Ontario, as my younger son Kevin plays rep hockey for the Caledon Hawks Midget A team & lacrosse for the Orangeville Northmen Midget 2 team. My eldest son Stephen is in his 4rd year at the University of Guelph.

I enjoy golfing, skiing, running and gardening when time allows.
